Coming Back
to You

Are painful experiences from childhood holding you back?

Discover an empowering process that enables you to live more fully and be more authentically you.

Can you relate to any of these experiences?

  • You find it’s hard to know what you feel or what you want.

  • Even when you do have a sense of that, it's hard to actually voice it — let alone act on that inner knowing.

  • Then, when you finally act on your inner knowing, a crowd of inner critics swoops in, leaving you full of doubt and suffering in pain.

It feels like you keep getting in your own way and you’re tired of it!

For many of us, we may have grown up in environments in which we had to hush our inner knowing and what I call our knowing no as a way of trying to:

  • keep the peace

  • stay safe

  • receive affection.

Understandably, needing to do that over and over again may have caused us to stray farther and farther away from ourselves— not because we wanted to but because we had to.

It's disorienting isn't it?

It’s incredibly confusing when doing what’s right feels wrong; whereas doing what’s wrong feels strangely right, more comfortable and less risky.

No wonder it's hard to make decisions, choose directions or navigate tough discussions!

The patterns and habits we perceive as "bad," "wrong" or “in the way” are often healthy responses to an unhealthy environment or traumatic experience(s). They’re not random — and you’re not flawed.

And while those strategies may have kept us safe, they often came at a cost. We weren’t given the space and support to:

  • Have our feelings without getting caught up in them

  • Value our inner knowing and act on it

  • Savor pleasant experiences … and more!

These are skills we have to learn, so we can live more fully and authentically.

Over the six weeks, you’ll learn how to …
