Experiencing Ease Amidst Unease
FREE, Three-Part Online Course on Zoom – 30 Minutes Each (Live Attendance Optional)
Tired of feeling emptied out, anxious, or overwhelmed?
Have you noticed how trying to fix how you feel doesn’t actually bring much ease? In fact, it can leave you feeling even more stressed or irritable.
What if you could feel more ease, even when life is messy, hard, and complicated? This course offers a gentle way to be with uncomfortable feelings—without changing them— so they can shift naturally and you can feel better.
In this introductory series, you’ll learn simple, practical skills to help you …
Pause so what you choose to do (or not do!) comes from a place of steadiness — not impulsiveness
Have your feelings, especially those BIG ones, without getting swept up in them
Savor pleasant moments, so you feel refreshed
This isn’t about fixing yourself or changing your feelings.
Those uncomfortable feelings are there for a reason. They don’t need to be fixed for you to feel better.
I’ll teach you how to be with them, so you can experience some relief — even when the situation around you remains the same.
This is a gentle, body-oriented process that actually feels good.
Course Structure …
