Those uncomfortable feelings are there for a reason. They don’t need to be fixed for you to feel better.

I’ll teach you how to be with them, so you can experience some relief — even when the situation around you remains the same.

This is a gentle, body-oriented process that actually feels good.

Course Structure …

This is a FREE, 3-part Course on Zoom

  • Each class is 30-minutes.

  • We’ll begin with a brief talk, then move into a guided exercise and finish with Q&A, so that by the time class ends you’ll feel more steady and relaxed.

  • Every registered participant will receive an audio recording of each class.

  • Every participant will also receive a bonus gift to help them step into the year with more confidence and ease.

While this course is rooted in Somatic Experiencing and Inner Relationship Focusing, no prior experience is required. All that’s needed is curiosity — an openness to noticing your experience just as it is.

Course Dates & Times:

  • January 8th, 15th & 22nd

  • 7pm to 7:30pm ET

Each class builds on the previous one. So, attending the classes in order — or listening to them in order will help you get the most from this course.
