Living Fully Amidst Uncertainty

A Somatic Approach to Living Life, Not Just Getting Through It

Are you tired of waiting for life to settle down before you can really live?

Discover a gentle, body-based process that helps you connect with what matters most, so you can live more fully—even amidst uncertainty.

Can you relate to these experiences?

  • You’re exhausted by uncertainty and the feeling that there's always another problem to solve.

  • You’re navigating an unexpected change, loss, or transition that has left you feeling unsteady—even lost.

  • Your life looks fine on the outside, but inside you're restless, dissatisfied, or waiting for things to finally settle down so you can start living the life you want.

Perhaps, beneath all of that, there's a quieter question you've been carrying for a long time, Will I ever really enjoy my life?

Of course, uncertainty and unpredictability are a part of life but some of us may have been introduced to it at a young age—when we didn’t have support to help us navigate it.

As a result, our bodies adapted and developed strategies to help us get through that challenging stretch.

Some of those adaptive strategies may have included:

  • Staying anxious and on alert

  • Planning for every possibility

  • Bracing for what might come next

  • Always trying to stay one step ahead

  • Overthinking and ruminating

And yet, those brilliant and necessary adaptive strategies that helped us survive back then may be impacting our ability to live fully now.

In this course, you’ll learn …

Specific language to help you hold your experience, so you can feel more steadiness, clarity and ease

How to resource yourself, so you can have your feelings without getting caught up in them

How to turn towards those strategies (obsessive thinking, planning etc.) in a respectful way, so those strategies can begin to shift— without any kind of pushing, forcing or fixing

How to be with a younger you who may have had to manage a lot of uncertainty on their own

What matters most to you, so you can begin making steps towards living more fully—without pushing or should-ing yourself to do so
